ELEATION’s placement process is designed to evaluate technical understanding, practical problem-solving ability, communication skills and role-readiness for career opportunities in engineering design, simulation, training and project execution domains.
The purpose of the placement procedure is to identify students and graduates who have strong technical fundamentals, practical engineering understanding and the ability to work professionally in project, training or application-oriented roles.
Final-year students and passout candidates from mechanical, civil, automobile, production, electrical, electronics, mechatronics and related core engineering branches can apply for the placement process.
Candidates should have interest in engineering design, simulation, finite element analysis, product development, technical training, project execution and related application domains.

The first round is an online technical test designed to evaluate the candidate’s fundamental technical understanding and readiness for the next stage.
Candidates clearing the online technical test will be invited for a technical interview. This round evaluates conceptual clarity, problem-solving approach and communication.
Candidates clearing the technical interview may be given a practical problem, tool-based task or engineering case-study assessment to evaluate applied skills.
Candidates clearing the practical round will move to the HR discussion. This round covers role expectations, joining process and final selection communication.
Based on current requirements, shortlisted candidates may be considered for suitable roles related to technical training, engineering projects, simulation support and application work.
This role is suitable for candidates who are technically strong, confident in explaining engineering concepts and interested in training students, professionals and corporate teams.
This role is suitable for candidates who want to work on engineering analysis, simulation projects, industrial problem-solving and technical report preparation.
