Placement Procedure

1) First Round : ONLINE Technical test

  1. We will conduct the Online test using Google Form.
  2. This is online written test of 1 hour.
  3. All the question are Multiple choice question (MCQ)
    • CAE
    • ANSYS
    • Finite Element Method / Finite Element Analysis
    4. To clear the first round (i.e. Online test) students have to score 100 or more marks
  5. There are total 60 question in online test
  6. The online test is of 120 Marks
  7. Once the student submit the google form of Online Written test he/she can view the marks in the email ID entered by him/her during the online test.
  8. We will share the result with the students after the online test
  9. We will share the google test link with the Student a day before the Online test is scheduled.
  10. Before the start of the test we will activate the link.
  11. Students have to refresh the link to start the test.
  12. After 1 hour the link will get de-activate automatically.

2) Second Round: Technical interview

  1. Students scoring 100 or more marks in First round (i.e. written test) are eligible for the Technical Interview.
  2. The technical interview will be either telephonic or web call (Using Hangout)
  3. Technical interview will be one on one interview
  4. We will ask questions related to
    • Strength of Material
    • Mechanics
    • Finite Element Analysis / Finite Element Method
    • ANSYS Workbench and Altair HyperWorks Software

3) Third Round : Tool Test

  1. Students clearing the Second Round – Technical Interview, will go to third round, i.e. Tool test
  2. The tool test will be on ANSYS Workbench and Altair HyperWorks Software.
  3. The tool test is for 2 hours
  4. Student have to login in their Gmail Account and add apoorvbapat@eleation.com in Google hangout application
  5. We will share the problem statement with all the qualified students via mailing the soft copy of problem statement in their email ID
  6. They need to share their screen with us during the tool test – so that we can monitor the work they are doing
  7. All the student have to create a solution report in Microsoft Word, which should contain
    • Problem statement – they can copy form the PDF given to them
    • Images of Geometry
    • Images of Meshing
    • Images of solution
    • They have to write a small description or summary explain the work given to them and their comment or conclusion on same.

4) Fourth Round : HR Round

  1. This will be a telephonic or web call (Using Google Hangout application)
  2. In this we will share the soft copy of Offer letter with the selected students
  3. We will explain them the joining process, CTC break up, joining location and joining date.

We will give offer letter on same day to all the selected candidates.

Job Description :

CAE Trainer

  1. Students joining ELEATION as CAE Trainer has to take virtual (Online) Training on ELEATION’s ANSYS and ELEATION’s HyperWorks Module
  2. They have to take physical corporate training across India on different CAE modules
  3. They have to create/update the module time to time as instructed
  4. For the first 12 months’ salary will be INR 37,500/- and after that, it will get increased based on their performance
  5. We don’t have any bond for this position
  6. The salary will start from the date of joining
  7. This is a permanent job and all the students will be working with ELEATION Company.

CAE Project Engineer

  1. Students joining ELEATION as CAE Project Engineer has to solve projects from Automobile, Civil, Marine, Aerospace industries Using ANSYS, Workbench or Altair HyperWorks software.
  2. Students will join ELEATION Company and they will work at ELEATION Pune Office
  3. This is a permanent Job with ELEATION
  4. We don’t have any bond for this position
  5. For the first 12 months’ salary will be INR 37,500/- and after that, it will get increased based on their performance.
  6. The salary will start from the date of joining
  7. This is a permanent job and all the students will be working with ELEATION Company.
