ELEATION CAE Service Pvt. Ltd. works on real-world engineering simulation and CAE projects across multiple industries. Our work includes structural analysis, thermal analysis, vibration studies, CFD, fatigue prediction, design optimization and engineering validation.

The CAE Project Engineer role is suitable for fresh graduates from Diploma, B.E, B.Tech, M.E and M.Tech backgrounds who want to work in engineering simulation and analysis.

• Prepare and edit 3D engineering models for simulation.
• Create quality meshes for accurate analysis.
• Perform structural, thermal, dynamic, fluid and related engineering simulations.
• Update and refine simulation models based on project requirements.
• Interpret analysis results and prepare technical reports.
• Present simulation results in online meetings and project reviews.
• Work with senior engineers and project teams on real industry problems.

Candidates who successfully clear all three rounds will receive the offer letter from ELEATION through official email. Offer letters will be shared on the same day, on or before 8:00 PM, subject to completion of interview evaluation.

• Offer letter will include position, compensation, joining process and company terms.
• Selected candidates must carefully read and acknowledge the offer letter.
• Further document submission instructions will be shared by email.

Step 1: Document Submission

After receiving the offer letter, selected candidates must submit required academic documents, identity proof and signed offer letter as per the instructions shared by ELEATION.

Step 2: Flexible Joining Date

After document verification, selected candidates can choose a joining date between 15th July 2026 and 15th August 2026.

Salary and employment benefits will start from the official date of joining.

Students shortlisted after Round 2 will receive an email from hr@eleation.com containing the Google Meet link and interview time slot.

• Attend the interview using a laptop or desktop.
• Ensure proper internet connection.
• Camera, microphone and speaker must be working.
• Join the meeting 5 minutes before the scheduled time.
• The interview may be recorded for evaluation and official college communication.
• Total 6 technical questions will be asked.
• To clear the interview, the candidate should answer at least 4 questions correctly.
