ELEATION was established on the 11th of November 2015 with the aim of changing the trend of CAE Domain throughout the country. We have successfully trained more than 15000 students & professionals in CAE domain. ELEATION is a leading service based company with more than 600+ customer from Automobile, Civil, aerospace and Marine Domain. The training principle inculcated in all the sessions is to inspire the trainees and guide them through their technical projects as opposed to conventional classroom learning. Coupled with a workforce of passionate and dedicated trainers, ELEATION stands tall in the training field. In December 2017 ELEATION has ventured into one of its kind Interactive Virtual Training Program (IVTP). This virtual training program was started with the idea of expanding the horizons of CAE training.
ELEATION believes, the young engineers have immense talent. Hence, from time to time we have conducted more than 450 placement drives in Three years, recruiting 150+ fresher to work with us. ELEATION is well known for providing Industrial Project based internship which helps students and professional to understand the real case scenario. Along with our classroom training, ELEATION has successfully conducted 700+ CAE workshops in various colleges across India. ELEATION is one of the prime sponsors of SAEINDIA BAJA, SAEINDIA SUPRA, and National Level Go-kart events. ELEATION provides technical support to more than 400 teams every year who participate in these events.

ELEATION’s Placement Process Detailed Process:
ELEATION’s Placement Process
ELEATION’s Placement : 1st Round : Online Technical Test
- Online test on 30th November 2023
- Total number of Questions : 50
- Total marks : 100
- All the questions will Multiple Choice Questions
- The questions will be from the Theory covered in ELEATION’s ANSYS and HyperWorks Basic To Professional Training Program, ANSYS & HyperWorks Software Theory.
- To clear the first round you have to score 80 or more marks
ELEATION’s Placement : 2nd Round : Technical Interview
- All the students scoring 80 or more marks are qualified for the technical interview
- Technical interview will be telephonic interview
- We will call each student on 30th November 2023
- We will ask 6 questions from Theory Covered in ELEATION’s ANSYS and HyperWorks Basic To Professional training program and ANSYS and HyperWorks Software
- Student have to give correct answer of 4 or more questions.
ELEATION’s Placement : 3rd Round : Tool Test
- All the students qualifying the second round are eligible to give 3rd round : tool test
- We will share a CAD model and problem statement in PDF format. There will be one model which on which you need to perform the specified analysis using ANSYS and on second model you need to use HyperWorks to perform the analysis
- Student have to read the instruction and share the result as mentioned in the PDF
- 3rd Round will be conducted on 30th November 2023.
- All the correct submissions will get offer letter on 30th November 2023
ELEATION’s Job description, Roles and responsibilities.
Job title : CAE Project Engineer
- CTC : INR 4.2 Lakhs per annum
- Job Location : ELEATION's Pune and/or Remote location (Work from home)
- Job timing : Monday to Friday : 10 AM to 6 PM
- CAE Project Engineer has to perform Analysis on CAE project at ELEATION’s Pune office and/or Remote location (Work from home)
- CAE Project Engineer has to present the result to ELEATION’s Clients.
- CAE Project Engineer has to work on new product development department of ELEATION’s Clients.
Important Notice :
- Student can give the test once in 3 months, i.e. if you have given the test on 30th November 2023 then you can give ELEATION’s Placement test on or after 30th February 2024.
- In case we found that any one student use different Email ID and Mobile Number to give the test, then he/she will be disqualified and will not be allowed to give the placement test in future
- To get joining date you have to clear all the three rounds.
