ELEATIONs On-Campus Placement Process for 2022 Batch Students : Complete Process

ELEATION On-campus Placement Process Starts with Pre-Placement Online Test for all 2022 Batch Students of Mechanical, Civil, Production, Automobile and other related Branches.
Note : ELEATION conducts Pre-placement online test to select the students for Free Online Training on ELEATION's ANSYS & HyperWorks Basic To Professional Training Program.
To Conduct the Pre-Placement Online Test, College TPO has to register on ELEATION Website. Please follow the steps mention under "Complete Process For College TPO" To complete the TPO registration process.
TPO needs to select the date and time on which you need to conduct Online Pre-Placement Test.
ELEATION Conducts Pre-Placement Test because CAE and HyperWorks is a a new domain and maximum Engineering students are not aware about CAE - ANSYS & HyperWorks. so to get maximum engineering students placed in ELEATION. ELEATION first Provides Free Training on CAE - ANSYS & HyperWorks and then Conduct the Placement Test.
In ELEATION's Pre-Placement Online Test:
Total number of questions - 50
Total Test Marks - 100
ELEATION will Provide Free Training on ELEATION's ANSYS & HyperWorks Basic To Professional Training Program, To Top 5 students of ELEATION's Pre-Placement test.
all the questions will be from Strength of Material. Note : ELEATION On-campus placement process doesn't involve any commercial(fees/payment) from the college or from the students.
All the other students those who are not selected for Free Training on ELEATION's ANSYS & HyperWorks Basic To Professional Training program and still want to learn/join ELEATION's ANSYS & HyperWorks Basic To Professional Training Program, has to pay INR 2000/- to join Online ELEATION's ANSYS & HyperWorks Basic To Professional Training Program.
Note : INR 2000/- is not for the placement, INR 2000/- is the fees for Online ELEATION's ANSYS & HyperWorks Basic To Professional Training Program and its is optional to all the students.

Online test - 10th April 2022 (Sunday)
Total number of Questions : 50.
Total marks : 100.
All the questions will Multiple Choice Questions
The questions will be from the Theory covered in Online ELEATION’s ANSYS & HyperWorks Basic to Professional Training Program, ANSYS & HyperWorks Software, and FEM/FEA subject.
To clear the first round students have to score 80 or more marks.

All the students scoring 80 or more marks in Final Placement Process : First Round, are qualified for the technical interview.
Technical interview will be telephonic interview or via Google Meet.
We will call each student on 14th, 15th and 16th April 2022.
We will ask 6 questions from Theory Covered in ELEATION’s ANSYS & HyperWorks Basic to Professional training program and HyperWorks Software.
Student have to give correct answer of 4 or more questions, to qualify for the second round.

All the students qualifying the Final Placement Process : Second Round are eligible to give 3rd round : tool test.
We will share a CAD model and problem statement in PDF format.
Student have to read the instruction, solve the model using HyperWorks Software, create the solution report and share the result.
Third Round : Tool Test, will be conducted on 22nd April 2022.
All the students clearing the Third Round, will get offer letter on 30th April 2022.

Joining location will be ELEATION's Pune Office or Work from Home.
All the selected students can join ELEATION anytime between 1st July 2022 to 15th July 2022.

Once you click on Signup button, it will open a new page

Once you click on Submit, it will open a login Page, enter the username(as Email ID) and password (which you have entered during signup), and then click on Submit.

Once you click on Submit, you will be re-directed to ELEATION Dashboard Page.

On ELEATION Dashboard click on College Registration Button.
Once you click on College Registration Button you will see Two Button : ELEATION Training and Internship and ELEATION on-campus Placement Registration.

Click on ELEATION on-campus Placement Registration Button.
Then Click on Register.

Once you click on Register button it will open a registration form.
You will find your name, Email ID and Mobile Number Already Entered
You need to Enter College Name
City
State
Exam Date - Select the date on which you want to conduct the online Pre-placement test.
Exam Start Time - Select the time at which you want the online test to start.
Exam End Time - Select the time at which you want the online test to End.
Then Click on Submit.

Once you click on Submit, you will get redirected to the same page.
To activate the account you need to send your a mail to hr@eleation.com from your official College Email ID, mentioning your Name, Email ID, Mobile Number also please attach either your visiting / buisness Card or College ID card.
we need these details to approve your account.

Once you account is approved you will need to re-login on ELEATION website www.eleation.com
On ELEATION Dashboad click on College Registration.
Then Click on ELEATION On-Campus Placement Registration.
You will find 4 Buttons :
1. Complete Process.
2. Student Registration.
3. Pre-placement Talk Video.
4. Student Result.
Also You will find online test start date, Online Test Start time and End Time, College Name, Total number of students Registered, Total number of students selected.

For Students to register on ELEATION website there are Two Process

Once the student opens the registration link shared by you signup form will open

The he/she has to click on Submit

Once Student clicks on Submit Button, he/she will be redirected to Login Page.
student have to enter the Email ID (as Username) and Password which he/she has entered during the Signup process.
and then click on Submit.

Once the student clicks on Submit Button on Login page, he/she will be redirected to Student Dashboard Page.

Student have to open ELEATION website www.eleation.com
Then Click on Either Signup button or my account button.
Once the student clicks on Signup or my account button a Signup page will open.
Student has to enter:

Email ID :
Mobile Number :
Password :
Confirm Password:
The he/she has to click on Submit

Once Student clicks on Submit Button, he/she will be redirected to Login Page.
student have to enter the Email ID (as Username) and Password which he/she has entered during the Signup process.
and then click on Submit.

Once the student is logged in to ELEATION website, He/She will be Re-Directed to ELEATION Dashboard

In Student Dashboad, Student have to click on College Test Button.

Once Student Clicks on College Test Button, He/she will see two buttons : ELEATIONs Training and Internship and ELEATION's On-campus Placement process.
Student have to click on ELEATIONs On-campus Placement Process.

Once student clicks on ELEATIONs On-campus Placement Process, the a new webpage will open in which student will find Register Button. Student has to click on Register Button.

Once Student clicks on Register Button, then a Registration form will open.
In the registration form Student have to enter :
College Code : Shared by College TPO
College Name :
Degree :
Year :
Branch :
Semester :
and then click on Register Button.

Once the student is Registered then he/she will be re-directed to Student Dashboard

On Student Dashboard, Student will see Start Test Button, it will only be active on Exam Date from Exam Start Time to Exam End Time.
Once the Start Test Button is active, then student have to click on start test button and start the online test.

Once the student submit the Online test, then He/she can view the score using view score button

Once the College Test End Time is Over then all the students will see the updated Dashboard with Pay Now Button.

Within 48 Hours we will update the database and Top 5 students will see the updated dashboard with Start Learning Option as They go 100% scholarship on ELEATION's ANSYS & HyperWorks basic To Professional Online Training Program Course fees, They can learn ELEATION's ANSYS & HyperWorks Basic To Professional Training Program without paying any registration fees

All the other Students, If they also want to Learn/join ELEATION's ANSYS & HyperWorks Basic To Professional Online Training Program then they need to click on Pay Now Button and Pay the ELEATION's ANSYS & HyperWorks Basic To Professional Online Training Program Course fees of INR 2000/- as They have received INR 1000/- off on Registration fees.

Once the student clicks on Pay Now Button Then Instamojo Payment Page will open.
If the Email Id and Mobile Number entered during registration is correct, it will direct you to the payment gateway where payment can be done via:
• Debit Card
• Credit Card
• Internet Banking
• UPI/ BHIM/ PhonePe/Paytm
• Wallet
• NEFT/BANK TRANSFER
NOTE: Payment gateway validates your entered mobile number and Email id, so make sure to enter the correct details. If the entered details are wrong it will not proceed to next page. In that case you need to go back to registration page enter the correct details and proceed again.

Once the student is done with the payment process, then he/she will also see the Start Learning Button

Once the payment is done, student will be re-directed to ELEATION's ANSYS & HyperWorks Basic To Professional Training Program Classroom page.

Student can access the Classroom page via following the below process:
1. Login to www.eleation.com
2. Click on College Test
3. Click on ELEATION's On-campus Placement Process
4. Click on Start Learning.

In ELEATION’s ANSYS & HyperWorks Basic To Professional training Program Classroom Page, Click on Training Session Button To access the Training Video, Download Theory PDF’s, Homework and assignment models of all the sessions.
Once student click on Training session Button he/she will find list of all the sessions.
The sessions in Black are unlocked sessions and the sessions in red are the locked Sessions.
Click on Unlocked Sessions i.e. click on session which is in Black colour

It will open 5 buttons :
1. Session Video : Click on Session video button to watch the training video
2. Session Test : contain 5 question objective type test, you have to submit the session test to unlock the next session, total score of all the sessions will be mentioned on your training certificate.
3. Classwork : Use classwork button to download Theory PDF and model used in Training video
4. Homework : Use homework button to download Homework and assignment models.
5. Comment : Use comment button to ask any query related to the training session.

Schedule Button : will open a new web page containing detailed schedule, mentioning in which session what topic is covered.

Certificate Button : Use Certificate button to download ELEATION’s ANSYS & HyperWorks Basic To Professional Training Program Certificate.

1. Student can Download Certificate only after completing all the sessions test.
2. Student can download certificate anytime
3. Total score of all the test will be mentioned on your certificate
4. Select any date which you want to be mentioned in the certificate
5. Date mentioned in the certificate will be considered as the date on which certificate is issued. i.e. Whatever data you have selected, the training certificate is issued on that date.
6. Total score, center & date mentioned in the certificate cannot be changed.

Internship Project Button : Use Internship Project button to download internship Project, internship letter, letter of recommendation and experience letter.

1. Upload the project report in PDF format only.
2. Select the date which you want to be considered as date of issue.
3. Project report name format YOURNAME_ELEATION.pdf.
4. Details once submitted cannot be changed.
5. You can download internship letter, letter of recommendation & experience letter anytime.

Total Score Button : Use Total Score Button to view the score of individual session test and total score of all the sessions.

All the students clearing the Third Round, will get offer letter on 30th April 2022.
Students have to submit all the necessary documents before 15th June 2022.
Joining location will be ELEATION's Pune Office or Work from home.
All the selected students can join ELEATION anytime between 1st July 2022 to 15th July 2022.

Job title : CAE Project Engineer

CTC : INR 4.2 Lakhs per annum.

CAE Project Engineer has to perform Analysis on CAE project.
CAE Project Engineer has to present the result to ELEATION’s Clients.
CAE Project Engineer has to work on new product development department of ELEATION’s Clients.
