The CAE Project Engineer (Fresher) position at ELEATION is designed for diploma, BE/BTech, and ME/MTech graduates from all core engineering branches, such as Mechanical, Civil, Automotive, Aerospace, Marine, Electrical, and allied streams.
  • Edit and prepare 3D engineering models and geometries using leading simulation tools like ANSYS, HyperWorks, or similar software platforms.
  • Create high-quality meshes to ensure precise and reliable simulations for a wide range of engineering applications.
  • Perform various analyses, including structural, thermal, dynamic, fluid, and other discipline-relevant simulations as required by project demands.
  • Update and refine existing simulation models, address issues, and run iterative analyses for continuous improvement.
  • Interpret engineering results and clearly summarize findings in presentations and technical reports using PowerPoint and other collaboration tools.

Round 1 serves as the initial selection phase, evaluating candidates’ foundational understanding of the Theory of Finite Element Method (FEM), Finite Element Analysis (FEA), and Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE). This online assessment is designed to gauge theoretical concepts, analytical aptitude, and readiness for applying simulation principles in engineering projects.

Test Details:
  • Test Timing: 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM
  • Duration: 60 minutes
  • Question Format: 50 multiple-choice questions
  • Total Marks: 100
  • Passing Criteria: Minimum score of 80 marks required to advance to Round 2
Subject Focus:
The test centers on core concepts and practical applications in:
  • Fundamentals and mathematical basis of the Finite Element Method (FEM)
  • Techniques and principles of Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
  • Core theory and workflow of Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE)
  • Problem formulation, element types, meshing, and boundary conditions in FEM/FEA

Round 3 is the final technical evaluation stage in the selection process for the CAE Project Engineer position. This round is designed as a one-on-one interview to assess your practical skills, problem-solving abilities, and understanding of advanced CAE (Computer-Aided Engineering) concepts. Candidates who have cleared the first two rounds are invited to participate.

Interview Details:
  • Start Time: From 2:00 PM onwards
  • Format: Individual interview conducted online via Google Meet
  • Question Set: 6 technical questions focused on FEM (Finite Element Method), FEA (Finite Element Analysis), and practical CAE topics, especially in the context of ANSYS and HyperWorks software platforms
  • Passing Criteria: You must answer at least 4 questions correctly to qualify for selection
Interview Focus:
The discussion will revolve around:
  • Practical knowledge of using ANSYS and HyperWorks in engineering simulations
  • Application of FEM and FEA concepts to solve real-world engineering problems
  • Interpreting simulation results, selecting suitable element types, and setting up boundary conditions
  • Discussing past academic projects (if any) or hypothetical scenarios to understand your approach to simulation and modeling challenges
  • Ability to clearly explain your reasoning, troubleshoot issues, and apply theoretical knowledge in a practical setting
How to Prepare:
  • Revise core theoretical concepts related to FEM, FEA, and CAE workflows
  • Review key ANSYS and HyperWorks commands, menus, and simulation setups

Issuance Timing: Offer letters will be sent out by 8:00 PM on the same day as the final interview.

Process Explanation: Candidates who clear all three rounds successfully will receive an official offer letter from ELEATION via email. This offer letter is an important document that confirms your selection and formalizes your employment with the company.

What the Offer Letter Includes:
  • Details about your job position and key responsibilities
  • The compensation package, including salary and benefits
  • Terms and conditions of employment, such as joining date, work location, and company policies
  • Instructions for next steps, such as document submission or onboarding procedures
Candidates are advised to check their registered email inboxes (and spam folders) after 8:00 PM. You will be required to review the offer letter carefully, acknowledge receipt, and follow any additional instructions to confirm your acceptance and continue to the onboarding phase.

Step 1: Document Submission
After receiving your offer letter from ELEATION, you are required to complete the document submission process. This involves providing copies of all necessary documents, such as your academic certificates, identification proofs, and any other documents requested by the company. You must also sign and return a copy of the offer letter. All documents should be submitted within 7 days of receiving the offer letter.

Step 2: Flexible Joining Date
Once your documents are verified and accepted, you can choose a convenient joining date according to your preference. You can join any time between 15th July 2026 and 15th August 2026. You will officially become part of the ELEATION team on your chosen joining date.

Please note, your salary and benefits will begin from the date you officially join the company. Make sure you complete the document submission on time and communicate your preferred joining date as instructed in your offer letter.

No Fees or Charges:
ELEATION never charges any kind of fees at any stage of the placement process. Students and educational institutions are not required to pay any amount—before, during, or after selection. The entire selection and joining process is absolutely free for all candidates.
